Over the years I’ve worn a variety of hats, worked in numerous user-focused industries, and gathered some epic experiences and stories along the way. That, coupled with a passion for lifelong learning, has developed into the foundation that I now rely on to improve the quality and interactions between products and people.

My process starts with a user-centered approach to planning and research. I am able to understand peoples' emotions and attitudes about a particular product, service, or system. Then through a collaborative and iterative design process, I simplify their lives by developing successful and meaningful experiences.
